I like Gibraltar Coffee so much that I plan to open a website about our experience with this great coffee. I plan to share my thoughts about the coffee, to find its origin (did you know it is made in the great city of San Francisco?), to find where to get it (it’s very rare, of course not every store has it!), and to get your comments about the love and “love” of THE Gibraltar!

  1. You probably noticed that I’m using “healthy” brown sugar in my Gibraltar. It’s not that bad… it has a bit of an aftertaste but that’s how we do it in SF (the coffee in the photo was from Epicenter Cafe in SF). But if you drink your Gibraltar at Chromatic Coffee in Santa Clara, you don’t really need sugar. More about Chromatic soon.
